JUPITER, Fla. – Lynn University’s baseball team edged Palm Beach Atlantic University, 5-2, in a non-conference, neutral-site matchup at Roger Dean Stadium on Wednesday evening.

STATS OF THE GAME:
· Byron Murray hit his second grand slam of the season in the second inning, going 2-for-3 with a walk and run scored to lead the Lynn offense.
· Brandon Kruzinski drove in the Blue and White’s fifth run in the bottom of the seventh.
· Philip Quinn (1-0) earned the victory, pitching 5.0 innings, scattering four hits while allowing just one earned run, striking out five.
· Samuel Beck picked up his first save of the season, throwing the final 4.0 innings, striking out four.
