Valentine’s Day will feature six games around The American, beginning at 6:30 p.m. ET when Memphis travels to Charlotte. Two of the hottest teams in the league will face off to end the night when East Carolina travels to Rice at 8 p.m. ET. Both teams have just four losses in conference play and will look to keep pace with first place North Texas (8-3 The American).

PIRATES-OWLS CLASH IN HOUSTON
Two of the hottest teams in the league will face off in Houston on Wednesday when East Carolina takes on Rice at 8 p.m. ET on ESPN+. The Pirates are winners in five of their last six games, while the Owls have won three of their last four.

The American features three schools ranked in the Top 40 of the NCAA in field goal percentage defense. UTSA leads the way at 22nd (.363), followed by Tulsa at 28th in the NCAA (.369) and North Texas at 40th in the NCAA, while allowing opposing teams to shoot just .372 from the field.
