The Marlins are adding a sweet new staple to the fan experience in 2026, announcing that Mister Softee, one of the most recognizable dessert brands in the country, will debut at loanDepot park this season as the official ice cream partner. Known for its signature soft serve and nostalgic fan following, Mister Softee’s arrival marks a marquee addition to a refreshed culinary program designed to reflect the diverse tastes and energy of South Florida. Mister Softee
A timeless favorite arrives at loanDepot park. Mister Softee brings its signature soft serve, sundaes, and milkshakes to multiple locations throughout the ballpark, delivering a nostalgic, family-friendly treat that resonates across generations.
Classics Con Sazon
Coming soon to loanDepot park, Classics Con Sazon, is inspired by the rich culinary influences found across South Florida and will deliver bold, familiar flavors with a creative twist. Menu highlights include the two-foot Machete, Pan con Lechón, Frita Smash, Masita Dog, and more, offering fans a vibrant, satisfying experience rooted in regional tastes. Fans can get an early taste of the two-foot Machete at Pan Con Beisbol in Section 40.
Local Legends Partner Program
Local Legends is a season-long food and culture platform that brings iconic local restaurants directly into the Legends Level. The program features South Florida staples that Marlins fans know and love and visiting fans will want to try on their next visit to loanDepot park. Additional local favorites may join the lineup soon, as the program continues to grow.

Partnering with local restaurant SuViche, fans can expect expertly crafted dishes bringing elevated, inventive, and hybrid Japanese Peruvian dishes to Section 210. Offering a modern and elevated dining experience that appeals to both sushi lovers and newcomers alike.

Known for its vibrant flavors and creative approach to traditional dishes, Los Verdes will be located at Section 220. The concept offers fans a lively and engaging dining experience that honors the rich culinary heritage of Latin cuisine. The menu will showcase high-quality ingredients and thoughtfully crafted flavored combinations. Los Verdes will add a dynamic and culturally rich option.

The Miami Marlins begin the 2026 regular season with Opening Day under the lights on Friday, March 27 vs. the Colorado Rockies at 7:10 p.m. at loanDepot park. The first 25,000 fans will receive a Kyle Stowers bobblehead, presented by ADT, while the first 10,000 will receive 2026 Marlins Magnet Schedule, presented by loanDepot.
