EDMONDS REACHES 100 WINS
Rice head coach Lindsay Edmonds earned her 100th career win on Tuesday with a 63-56 win over Charlotte. The Owls end the regular season with a home game against UTSA on Saturday at 3 p.m. ET. They will next play in the Semifinals of the American Basketball Championship.

Megan Nestor of North Texas broke the American Conference single-season rebounding record on Tuesday, finishing the regular season with 435 rebounds. She broke the record previous set by Duly Fankam Mendjiadeu in 2022-23 of 418. Nestor also owns the top four single-game rebounding records in American history.
Winning streak
The Rice Owls are one of the hottest teams in the country right now, having won 20 straight games with their last loss coming in November. Their winning streak is the 3rd longest in the nation trailing only UCLA (21), and UConn (46).
tournament teams set
With just one game remaining, all ten teams have clinched a spot in the upcoming American Basketball Championship. Rice, East Carolina, South Florida, North Texas, Tulsa, UTSA, Temple, Charlotte, Florida Atlantic and Tulane have clinched the ten available spots in the tournament.
The tournament will begin next Tuesday, March 10 at Legacy Arena at the BJCC in Birmingham, Alabama.
