UF XC/TF: Gators Release 2025 Cross Country Schedule

The Gators will run three regular season meets before heading into a trio of postseason meets.

GAINESVILLE, Fla. –  The Gators have officially announced their 2025 competition schedule, featuring three regular-season meets and a familiar postseason slate including the conference championships, NCAA Regional and NCAA Championships.

Florida will open its season at the Florida Intercollegiate Cross Country Invitational in Jacksonville on August 29.

After a four-week break, the Gators head to Columbia, Mo. for the Gans Creek Classic on September 26. This marks the team’s second consecutive appearance at the meet following a strong showing in 2024, where the men’s team placed 10th and the women’s squad earned a fourth-place finish.
Florida will return to Columbia on October 18 for the Pre-Nationals Invitational, their final tune-up before postseason competition begins.

The postseason gets underway on October 31 at the SEC Cross Country Championships in Knoxville, Tenn. Two weeks later, the Gators head to Huntsville, Alabama for the NCAA South Regional Championships on November 14.

The 2025 season concludes in a familiar setting, as the Gators return to Columbia, Missouri for the NCAA Cross Country Championships on November 22.

The Gators are back in action on Wednesday, as they begin practice to gear up for their 2025 season.
