6/17/2025 | Women’s Golf BOCA RATON, Fla. – Florida Atlantic sophomore women’s golfer Charlotte Perkins has been named to the College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District At-Large team. The program recognizes athletes for their combined performances on the field and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes honorees in four divisions – NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA.To be eligible for Academic All-District, student-athletes must be at least a sophomore, maintain a 3.50 or better GPA, and be an important starter or reserve.Perkins competed in all nine events this season for the Owls, capping off her sophomore campaign with a tie for third at the AAC Championship and a place on the all-conference team. She earned her first collegiate victory at the Reynolds Lake Oconee Invite in February. The native of Sydney, Australia led the Owls with a 74.69 scoring average.
