TAMPA, Fla. – April 2, 2025 – South Florida women’s basketball Head Coach Jose Fernandez announced the first wave of incoming transfer signees Katie Davidson and Edyn Battle on Wednesday night.
KATIE DAVIDSON SEASON HIGHLIGHTS
- 2024-25 Horizon League All-League First Team
- Played and started in 18 games
- Recorded 16 double-digit scoring performances
- Career-high 31 points vs. Northern Kentucky (Feb. 8)
- Scored 30 points vs. Detroit Mercy (Mar. 1)
- Added 29 points at Youngstown State (Feb. 15)
- Put up 28 points vs. Wright State (Feb. 5)
Coach Fernandez on Davidson: “Katie (Davidson) is a veteran player with a well-rounded offensive game. She’s a strong rebounding wing with exceptional three-point range, making her a perfect fit for our system. We’re excited to welcome her to our program.”
