FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. – The second-ranked Nova Southeastern women’s tennis team started Sunshine State Conference play, rolling past Rollins College 6-1 on Saturday morning at the NSU Tennis Complex at Rolling Hills.

Doubles
- Ita Habekovic and Kristyna Hranacova came out victorious over Nancy Liu and Amina Taibi, winning 6-3.
- Isabella Ciancaglini and Sofia Shing came out on top, taking their doubles match and winning the tie breaker, 7-2 over Milla Falster and Polina Vlasova
- Noemie Dadoun and Julia Moraes wrapped up the doubles sweep with a 6-0 win, defeating Amina Abdulloeva and Stella Fruijtier.
Singles
- Kristyna Hranacova fought through a competitive match ultimately being defeated by Nancy Liu 6-1, 2-6, 6-3.
- Sofia Shing came out victorious, over Amina Taibi to cruise to a 7-5, 6-4 victory.
- Ita Habekovic won the first set tie breaker 7-2, and won the second 6-3.
- Isabella Ciancaglini defeated Milla Falster in her singles match 6-3, 6-3.
- Noemie Dadoun sealed the win against Amina Abdulloeva 6-3, 6-3.
- Julia Moraes cruised to a victory over Stella Fruijtier 6-0, 6-2.
No. 2 Nova Southeastern returns to the courts on Tuesday, February 11th, with more SSC action at Palm Beach Atlantic. First serve is set for 2pm.
