As the 2024 NFL season comes to end, the Pittsburgh Steelers fan base is wondering whether the Steelers Organization cares about wins or championships and as a true fan I’m wondering that myself. I’ve been a fan of them since I was a little kid and wondering what happened thru the years. All they seem to care about is winning seasons, one and done and they are fine with that and as true fans we want to see the organization compete for Superbowl rings.
Mike Tomlin was 35 years old when he took the coaching position for the Pittsburgh Steelers from Bill Cowher. Mike Tomlin is a good coach, but he is currently 0-5 in the post season since 2017 season and his overall record is in regular season is 183-`07-2 record with a winning percentage is .630. His overall playoff record is 8-11 winning percentage of .421 the Pittsburgh Steelers Organization deserves better from the coaching staff.
The Steelers are always there in the end of the season but steelers fans deserve not to sweat it out towards the end of the season and perform in the playoffs cause the Pittsburgh Steelers organization is a winning organization.
Despite their struggles, the Steelers have shown flashes of brilliance this season. They have a talented young core; however, the team’s lack of depth and experience and injuries have compromised their ability to compete with the top teams in the league.
Looking ahead to the future, the Steelers have a newer general manager, Omar Khan. He took the position in 2022 and took over for Kevin Kolbert when he resigned.
In the 2023 season, the Pittsburgh Steelers were defeated by the Buffalo Bills by the score of 31 to 17. Mike Tomlin lacks ball of possession and time management under 2 minutes of the half and the 4th quarter.
In the 2024 season, the Steelers finished the season 10 and 7 same record as the 2023 season.
