USF WBB: South Florida Bests Wichita St., 72-46; Bulls Are Winners of Six Straight!

Tampa, Fla. – Jan. 8, 2025 – Graduate guard Sammie Puisis (16 points) knocked down four 3-pointers in South Florida women’s Basketball’s (11-6, 4-0), 72-46, win over Wichita St. in Koch Arena on Wednesday night. The Bulls are now on a six-win hot streak and remain undefeated in league play, 4-0.

Junior forward Carla Brito (12 points) and redshirt-senior guard Romi Levy (11 points) rounded out the Bulls in double-figures. Graduate guard Mama Dembele (six assists) and Levy (four assists) dished out 10 of USF’s 13 total assists. Senior forward L’or Mputu led all rebounders on the glass, grabbing 10 boards.

Jayla Murray led the Shockers with 15 points.
