BOCA RATON, Fla. – Following her first 20-point game of the season and helping lead the Owls to a 15-point win over Kennesaw State, Jada Moore was recognized as an AAC Honorable Mention honoree, announced by the league office on Monday.
The award marks the Owls’ fifth weekly award and Moore’s first career AAC honor.
Moore had the best performance of the season last week against Kennesaw State, producing her first 20-point performance of the season. Moore scored a season-high 20 points, shooting 67 percent (10-of-15) from the field, and added six boards, two steals, and an assist in the Owls’ win over Kennesaw State.
UP NEXT
The Owls will close out non-conference play this week as they head to Phoenix, Arizona, for the GCU Christmas Classic, beginning on Wednesday, Dec. 18, at 2 p.m. ET against Georgia Southern.
