BOCA RATON, Fla. — Boosted by 134 yards rushing and three touchdowns from Zuberi Mobley and five turnovers by the defense, Florida Atlantic rolled past FIU Saturday night, 38-20, to win the Shula Bowl for a seventh consecutive time.
The Owls amassed 420 yards of offense, with all five touchdowns coming on the ground. Mobley scored FAU’s first three touchdowns on the night, including an electrifying 72-yard TD run on 4th-and-1 in the second quarter to give his team a 14-7 lead.
