Women’s Tennis – NSU Wraps up play at PBA Invite

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. – The Nova Southeastern Sharks Women’s Tennis team completed day three of the PBA Invitational with a match against Hillsborough Community College. The Sharks were victorious in all four doubles matches and won five-of-eight singles contests.

DOUBLES
Kristyna Hranacova and Priscila Janikian won their doubles match 6-3
Sofia Shing and Isabella Ciancaglini were victorious 6-3
Ita Habekovic and Amina Sagadiyeva won 6-2
Julia Moraes and Maya Benaich sealed the doubles sweep for the Sharks with a 6-3 win

SINGLES
Sofia Shing won her singles match 6-2, 6-0
Kristyna Hranacova was victorious with a 6-3, 6-2 win
Isabella Ciancaglini added another singles win with a 6-2, 6-1 victory
Amina Sagadiyeva won in three-sets, 1-6, 6-3, 10-6
Sofia Carpi closed the day with a 7(7)-6(2) win
