Last week, Buffalo quarterback Josh Allen totaled four touchdowns (two passing, two rushing) with a 137.7 rating in the Bills’ Week 1 victory. It marked Allen’s 37th career game with both a touchdown pass and rushing touchdown and 10th career game with multiple rushing touchdowns.With both a touchdown pass and rushing touchdown at Miami on Thursday Night Football (8:15 p.m. ET, Prime Video), Allen will surpass Cam Newton (37 games) for the most such games by a player in his first seven seasons in NFL history.With two rushing touchdowns on Thursday, Allen will surpass Newton (10 games) for the second-most such games by a quarterback in NFL history. Allen was one of two quarterbacks with multiple rushing touchdowns on Kickoff Weekend, joining Washington rookie Jayden Daniels. Both Allen and Daniels can join Newton (2020) as the only quarterbacks ever with multiple rushing touchdowns in each of their team’s first two games of a season.

On the opposing sideline on Thursday will be Miami wide receiver Tyreek Hill, who totaled seven receptions for 130 yards and a touchdown in the Dolphins’ Week 1 win. It marked Hill’s 22nd career game with at least 125 receiving yards and a touchdown reception.

With 125 receiving yards and a touchdown reception on Thursday, Hill will surpass Pro Football Hall of Famers Calvin Johnson (22 games) and Randy Moss (22) for the third-most such games by a player in his first nine seasons in NFL history.

MAHOMES’ HISTORIC FIRST 100 & WORTHY LOOKS TO REPEAT DEBUT

In his first 97 career starts, Kansas City quarterback Patrick Mahomes has totaled 75 wins, 28,715 passing yards, 2,406 completions and 220 touchdown passes. His passing yards total is already the most-ever by a player in his first 100 career starts, and he can tie or reset the all-time records in each of the other categories this week.

With a win against Cincinnati on Sunday (4:25 p.m. ET, CBS), Mahomes will tie Tom Brady (76 wins) and Pro Football Hall of Famer Roger Staubach (76) for the most wins ever by a quarterback in his first 100 career starts.

In last week’s Kansas City victory, rookie Xavier Worthy became the third wide receiver in NFL history to record both a rushing touchdown and a receiving touchdown in his first career game.
