The seven NFCA All-Region selections are tied for the most in program history.
GAINESVILLE, Fla. – Seven players on the Florida softball team were named to the National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA) All-Southeast Region teams Thursday afternoon.
The Gators have four players represented on the NFCA All-Southeast Region First Team this season, which are the most selections to the first team since 2018, and a trio of players on the NFCA All-Southeast Region Second Team. Overall, the seven selections are tied for the most all-region selections in program history along with the 2017 & 2016 squads.
Jocelyn Erickson (Catcher), Korbe Otis (Outfield), Skylar Wallace (Shortstop) and Reagan Walsh (DP/Utility/Non-Pitcher) were tabbed first team selections, while Kendra Falby (Outfield), Keagan Rothrock (Pitcher) and Ava Brown (DP-Utility/Pitcher).
This is Wallace’s third all-region first team selection, while it’s Falby’s third overall all-region selection and Otis’ second overall all-region honor. It’s the first honors for Erickson, Walsh, Rothrock and Brown in their career.

* Career-high five hits at Florida State and scored the game winning run via a solo home run in the ninth inning.
