CLEVELAND, TN. – Following a four-and-a-half hour weather delay, the No. 3 Nova Southeastern Sharks began action with the first round at the NCAA South Super Regional on Monday afternoon at the Cleveland Country Club. The Sharks, currently in fifth place, ended Monday’s action at nine-over (297). Ellen Andersson (T4/-1/71) is pacing the Sharks and finished the first round inside the top-five.

Round Results
- Ellen Andersson began her round with three consecutive pars, before adding a bogey and a birdie, and finished the front-nine with another four straight pars. Following the turn, Andersson totaled six pars and a pair of birdies, closing the afternoon at one-under.
- Jimena Marques (T20/+3) and Maia Samuelsson (T20/+3) both finished the day inside the top-20 for NSU. Marques, following back-to-back bogeys to open the round, added pars on six consecutive holes before closing the front-nine with a third bogey. Marques settled in on the back-nine, starting with another four pars and adding a birdie and ended the afternoon three-over.
- Samuelsson settled into a groove early, parring five-of-six holes to begin the day and adding a birdie. Sameulsson added another six pars on the back-nine, ending the day inside the top-20.
- Ellen Ramstedt (T29/+4) added 10 pars for NSU, as well as a pair of birdies.
- Haruka Muta (T42/+6) tallied a pair of birdies on the back-nine.
