Weather Forces Cancellation of Bubly Invitational Saturday Action
The final two games of the Bubly Invitational are scheduled for Sunday with Georgia Southern and Loyola at 12 p.m. and Florida versus College of Charleston at 2:30 p.m. ET.
GAINESVILLE, Fla. – The Saturday slate of games of the Bubly Invitational hosted by the Florida softball program was canceled in the early morning hours due to weather conditions. A pair of games are still scheduled to take place tomorrow between Georgia Southern and Loyola at 12 p.m. and the Gators will take on College of Charleston at 2:30 p.m. ET.
The Gators (8-1) opened the Bubly Invitational with a pair of wins over the Eagles (4-3), 8-0 (6 innings), and the Ramblers (5-1), 10-1 (5 innings).
