Cruise send Keifer Sykes to Long Island Nets
DETROIT – The Motor City Cruise, G League affiliate of the Detroit Pistons, announced today that the team has acquired the returning player rights for Treveon Graham and a 2024 first round pick from the Long Island Nets in exchange for the returning player rights for Keifer Sykes.
Graham, 6-5, 225, averaged 4.0 points, 3.7 rebounds, and 0.6 assists in 13.4 minutes per game in 34 total games for Long Island Nets last season. In his four seasons in the G League, the Washington, D.C., product has appeared in 99 total games for the Nets and Salt Lake City Stars averaging 9.7 points, 5.3 rebounds, and 1.3 assists in 23.5 minutes per game. Graham has also appeared in 180 NBA games with the Charlotte Hornets, Brooklyn Nets, Minnesota Timberwolves, and Atlanta Hawks. He holds NBA averages of 4.2 points, 2.2 rebounds, and 0.8 assists in 16.0 minutes per game.
Sykes appeared in 33 games for the Cruise last full G League season and averaged 15.0 points, 3.7 rebounds and 7.7 assists per game while shooting 42.4% from the field.
