Florida Achieves CSCAA Fall Scholar All-America Team Honors
Women post 3.63 GPA, Men record 3.28 GPA
GAINESVILLE, Fla. – The No. 3/7 Florida Gators men’s and women’s swimming and diving team continued to perform well in the classroom, earning Fall Scholar All-America Team honors from the College Swimming and Diving Association of America.
The women’s team posted a 3.63 GPA among 33 athletes, putting themselves among the best in the nation, while the men’s team had a 3.28 GPA across 43 athletes.
The CSCAA selected 803 teams from 479 institutions to the Scholar All-America Team for the Fall 2022 semester. Teams were selected on the basis of their Fall 2022 team grade point averages and represent 19,426 student-athletes.
The Gators continue the 2022-23 season tomorrow at the Auburn Invite.
