MIAMI (November 10, 2022) – Inter Miami CF defender DeAndre Yedlin has been called up to the United States Men’s National Team for the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar, making history as the Club’s first-ever representative at a World Cup.
Broll, photos and comments from Yedlin from yesterday’s press conference are availableHERE.
Yedlin’s inclusion on the roster makes him the only player in the squad with previous World Cup experience. The right back, now 29, featured for the USMNT at the 2014 FIFA World Cup in Brazil at just 20 years old, making three appearances, including one in the Round of 16.

The United States will compete in Group B alongside Wales, England and Iran at the 2022 FIFA World Cup.
