Fans are invited to TIAA Bank Field this Friday, Aug. 12 as the Jacksonville Jaguars host the Cleveland Browns in their preseason home opener. Earlier this week, Head Coach Doug Pederson announced that starters will be playing in the game, including QB Trevor Lawrence and 2022 No. 1 overall pick OLB Travon Walker. The matchup kicks off at 7 p.m. and will be broadcast regionally on FOX30, on radio on WJXL (1010AM, 92.5 FM) and in Spanish on 930AM/97.3FM via Accion. This week’s game is presented by Coca-Cola Beverages Florida, LLC.
JAGUARS WELCOME COKE FLORIDA AS THE OFFICIAL DRINK SPONSOR
Earlier this summer, the Jacksonville Jaguars announced a multi-year partnership with Coca-Cola Beverages Florida, LLC (Coke Florida) as the team’s official soft drink and water partner. During Friday night’s game, fans can catch their first live glimpse of the Jaguars while enjoying refreshing beverages such as the iconic Coca-Cola® brands and smartwater® at TIAA Bank Field.
EARLY ARRIVAL A MUST
The new Miller Electric Center is under construction and work is also underway at the Shipyards across from TIAA Bank Field. Fans should make plans to arrive early as construction around the sports complex will impact traffic patterns and available parking lots, which open four hours prior to kickoff for tailgating. The Fan Entertainment Zone opens three hours prior to kickoff in the south end of the stadium near Gates 1 and 4. All stadium gates will open at 5 p.m. The Jaguars will hold player introductions at 7 p.m.
JAGUARS KICKING OFF PLAY FOOTBALL MONTH
For the entire month of August, the Jaguars will celebrate Play Football Month, an NFL-wide recognition of youth and high school football athletes, by providing 7,000 free tickets, camps and unique recognition opportunities to kids across the area. At this Friday’s game, youth and high school players will welcome the team on the field, compete in halftime competitions and hold the flag during the national anthem. Outstanding coaches and administrators will also be recognized throughout the game for their contributions to football on the First Coast.
FIRST DUUUVAL
In recognition of Play Football Month, the Jaguars traditional First DUUUVAL will be delivered by Tammie Talley, who serves as the Director of Athletics for Duval County Public Schools. Mrs. Talley oversees 17 high schools and 25 middle schools with athletic programs. She was named the Athletic Director of the Year for the Florida Interscholastic Athletic Administrators Association in 2019. In 2022, Talley was awarded the National Athletic Director of the Year in the NHSACA – National High School Athletic Coaches Association.

- Be Clear on Game Day – The NFL’s clear bag policy is in effect at TIAA Bank Field. Fans are encouraged to leave all bags at home, but, if one is necessary, it should be either a clear bag no larger than 12” x 6” x 12” or a non-clear bag no larger than 4.5” x 6.5.”
- Mobile Ticketing – Fans should have their mobile tickets downloaded and ready to scan prior to arriving at the entry gates. To access your tickets, download the Official Jaguars Mobile App.
- Cashless Transactions – Cash is not accepted anywhere in the stadium. In addition to traditional scan and chip options, all fixed points of sale will offer tap or scan payment options including JagsPay, Apple, Google and Samsung Pay.
