Monday, June 1, 2020

SUNRISE, Fla. – The Florida Panthers announced today Hockey Heritage Night, originally scheduled for March 21, 2020 at BB&T Center will be held as a free digital event for fans on Thursday June 11 and will be presented by Baptist Health.

“The Hockey Heritage Night is such a significant event for our fans and partners, it was important we preserved the spirit and message as we transitioned to a digital event this season,” said Florida Panthers Senior Vice President Shawn Thornton. “Given last week’s announcements by the NHL, the passion of our Panthers family for our return to the ice is palpable in their social engagements with our team and players. We are proud to work alongside Heritage Werks and Baptist Health Virtual Vault to celebrate the history of hockey and show our appreciation to our dedicated fanbase with unique digital content and insights.”

“Miami Orthopedics & Sports Medicine Institute is honored to serve the sports medicine needs of the Florida Panthers and partner with the organization to provide fans with this unique, interactive opportunity to learn more about the rich history of the Panthers,” said Jose Romano, Assistant Vice President of Miami Orthopedics and Sports Medicine Institute.

Those interested in attending the virtual event can RSVP here.

Fans can enjoy great moments in history from the Virtual Vault presented by Baptist Health at Florida Panthers home games, on social media and at FlaPanthersVault.com all season long.
