Gators Offense
• Trevon Grimes, Kyle Pitts, and Kadarius Toney became the second Gators trio in school history to all have at least nine receiving touchdowns for the season.
o Previously: 1996 – Reidel Anthony (18), Ike Hilliard (10), Jacquez Green (nine)
• Toney and Pitts became the fourth Gators duo in school history to both have at least 10 receiving touchdowns for the season.

• Nay’Quan Wright’s 3-yard rushing touchdown in the third quarter was the first touchdown by a UF running back since Dameon Pierce’s 1-yard touchdown run in the third quarter at Vanderbilt.
o Tonight was the second time this season Florida scored multiple rushing touchdowns in a game (the other was last Saturday against LSU – Kyle Trask had both)
• Florida’s 458 points this season rank 10th in school history, and are 10 points shy of the 2000 Gators, who have the ninth-highest single-season total in program history (468 in 13 games).
• The Gators have five 40-point games against SEC opponents in the same season for the first time since 2008, when they also recorded five 40-point outings against SEC teams.
• Florida scored 40 points for the 13th time under Dan Mullen, one more than totaled in 101 games from the 2010-17 seasons.
• Florida has 10 games of 400-plus total yards in a season for the seventh time in school history and first time since 2008, when it logged 10 such outings.

• The Gators’ 10 games of 400-plus total yards against SEC opponents this year add to the school record they established two weeks ago (note: the SEC expanded to an eight-game league schedule in 1992).
o The only Gators teams since 1981 with seven 400-yard outings against SEC teams in the same season were 2004, 2001, 1996, 1995, and 1994.
• Florida has nine consecutive games of 400-plus total yards for the first time since at least 1981. It is also the first time since at least 1981 Florida has such a streak against SEC teams.
• Today was the 24th time the Gators amassed 400-plus total yards under Mullen, one fewer 400-yard outing than they had in the 88 games comprising the 2011-17 seasons.
o The Gators have eclipsed 400 total yards in 22 of their last 28 games.
• UF has six 400-yard passing games in a season for the second time in school history (seven in 2001).
• Florida has three consecutive 400-yard passing games for the second time in school history. The other occurrence was a four-game streak from Nov. 4-25, 1995 (Northern Illinois, at South Carolina, Vanderbilt, Florida State).
o Florida was coming off its first consecutive 400-yard passing games since the 2002 Orange Bowl and 2002 season-opening win over UAB.
• This is the third season in Gators history with 10 games of 300-plus passing yards – 2001 (12 games), 1996 (10 games).
o UF’s 10 games of 300-plus passing yards against SEC teams add to the single-season school record they set last week. The 2001 Gators held the old record (all eight league games).
Note: the SEC expanded to an eight-game league schedule and added the SEC Championship Game in 1992.
• Florida has nine consecutive 300-yard passing games for the first time since a 14-game streak which began with the 2001 Sugar Bowl, spanned the entire 2001 season, and ended the week after the 2002 season-opening rout of UAB.
o UF has not had another streak longer than six games since at least the start of 1981.
• This is the 19th time UF reached 300 passing yards under Mullen, one more than it tallied in the 168 games comprising its 2005-17 seasons.
• Florida’s 45 passing touchdowns this season are the second-highest season total in school history, only trailing the school record of 48 established by the 1995 Gators.
o Note: Bowl stats were not counted in records prior to 2002.
• Florida has scored five offensive touchdowns in eight games against SEC teams for the first time in school history. The 1996 Gators were the only ones to do it seven times.
Trask’s Valiant Effort Caps Award-Worthy Season
• With his 13-yard completion on the opening play of the third quarter, Kyle Trask eclipsed Rex Grossman’s single-season school record for passing yards (3,896 across 11 games in 2001).
o Trask also posted the fifth 4,000-yard passing season in SEC history.

• Trask’s three touchdown passes tonight also made him the ninth player in FBS history to throw at least 43 touchdown passes through the first 11 games of a season. Of those nine, Trask is one of three to accomplish the feat with fewer than 50 attempts per game.

• Trask is now responsible for 46 touchdowns (43 passing, 3 rushing), which is second on UF’s single- season record list to Tim Tebow’s 55 (32 pass, 23 rush) from his 2007 Heisman-winning campaign.
o Trask’s 46 touchdowns are also tied with Texas A&M’s Johnny Manziel (2013) for sixth on the SEC single-season record list.
• Trask’s fifth career 400-yard passing game breaks the school record previously set by Danny Wuerffel (four).
• Trask is one of 29 FBS quarterbacks since 1996 to log five 400-yard passing games in a season; he is
the only SEC quarterback to accomplish the feat within that span.
o Of the 29, the only 10 with less than 55 attempts in each of their 400-plus-yard outings are Trask and:

o Trask is the only FBS quarterback with five 400-yard passing games this year.
o Trask is the only quarterback in UF history with at least three 400-yard outings in a season.
• Trask’s ninth 300-yard passing game this year moves him within one 300-yard outing of Grossman’s single-season school record (10 in 2001).
• Trask threw for 300-plus yards against an SEC opponent for the 11th time in his career, breaking a tie with Danny Wuerffel (1993-96) for the second-highest total in school history.
o Grossman (2000-02) holds the school record with 12 such games against SEC teams.
• Trask logged the 13th 300-yard passing game of his career, adding to the fourth-highest total in school history. Wuerffel’s 14 outings of 300 yards are the third-highest total.
• Trask extended his school-record streak of 200-yard passing games to 19.
• With 26 completions today, Trask passed Shane Matthews (275 in 1992) for the second-most completions on Florida’s single-season record list.
o Trask is two shy of tying the school record held by Grossman (287 in 2002)
Pitts Breaks School Record for Career Receiving Yards by a Tight End, Posts Third 100-Yard Game
• With his 10-yard reception at the 4:37 mark of the first quarter, Kyle Pitts broke the school record for career receiving yards by a tight end previously set by a 2007-09 Gators tight end (1,382 yards).
• Pitts’ 22-yard touchdown reception in the fourth quarter was his 12th of the season and tied him with Carlos Alvarez (1969) for seventh on the school’s single-season record list.
• Pitts’ 12 receiving touchdowns this season are the second-highest total by a tight end in SEC history. Vanderbilt’s Allama Matthews (14 in 1982) holds the SEC record.
• Pitts’ 770 yards this year tie Kirk Kirkpatrick (1990) for second on Florida’s single-season record list for receiving yards by a tight end; he still trails the school record set in 2009 (850 yards).
• Pitts is the first tight end in Gators history and the eighth FBS tight end in the last five years (including 2020) with three games of 100-plus receiving yards in the same season.

Toney Posts Third Consecutive 100-Yard Outing
• Kadarius Toney is the first Gator since Demarcus Robinson (four in 2014) with four 100-yard receiving games in a season.
• Toney became the first Gator since Andre Caldwell (Nov. 3-17, 2007) with three consecutive 100- yard receiving games.
o Toney is the first Gator since Percy Harvin (Sept. 15-29, 2007) with three straight 100-yard receiving games which were all against SEC teams.
• Toney moved within 16 yards of the 12th 1,000-yard receiving season in school history and first since Taylor Jacobs logged 1,088 in 2002.
Gators Defense
• Florida’s defense held Alabama scoreless in the third quarter. It marked the second time this season an opposing defense held the Crimson Tide scoreless in a quarter this year.
o Alabama’s other scoreless quarter was the third quarter against Mississippi State (Oct. 31)
