DENTON, TX. – The seventh-ranked Nova Southeastern Sharks Women’s Golf team completed the second round of the DBU Classic on Monday afternoon. As a team. NSU (+19/290/303) is in ninth place. Maria Torres-Lobato (15th/+1/74/71) sits inside the top-15 and paced the Sharks today with a 71 in the round.

- In her second round at the DBU Classic, Maria Torres-Lobato cut three strokes off her total from Sunday’s action by shooting a 71. Torres-Lobato began the day with five pars, across the first six holes, and added a birdie on hole three. Torres closed the front-nine with a pair of pars and following the turn, birdied the 10th hole. After a bogey on 11, Torres-Lobato responded with five consecutive pars, while tallying her third birdie of the round.
- Mei Chan totaled nine pars on the day and closed the round with a pair of birdies.
- Haruka Muta started the round with five consecutive pars and after the turn, recorded six pars on the back-nine.
- Ida Lundh began the morning with a birdie and parred each of the next two holes. After the turn, Lundh totaled seven pars and ended the day with a 78.
- Rosanna Halls recorded four pars and a birdie on the front-nine before closing the second round with eight pars on the back-nine.
