FORSYTH, Ga. – Florida Atlantic women’s golf will compete in its third and final event of the fall, beginning Sunday at the Mercer Invitational in Forsyth, Georgia. Sunday will consist of 36 holes followed by a final round of 18 on Monday.
The Lineup
The Owls will make one change from the lineup that competed in the first two events of the fall. Sophomore Maddie Rathjen will get her first start after finishing 11th in last year’s American Conference Championship. Nancy Cox and Tina Genoulaz will occupy the number one and two spots, while juniors Giulia Scarcello and Charlotte Perkins slot in at numbers four and five.
The Course
River Forest Golf Club will play as a par 71 at approximately 6,000 yards.
The Field
The field includes eight teams and 47 individuals. Round one begins with a shotgun start at 9 a.m. on Sunday.
