TAMPA (Oct. 25, 2019) – The USF volleyball team returned to The Corral to start a weekend homestand on Friday night against Tulane looking to get back on the winning track. The Green Wave, however, had other thoughts as they defeated the Bulls in straight sets, 25-17, 25-13, 25-17. USF drops to 7-16 on the year and 1-8 in the American Athletic Conference while Tulane improves to 16-6 overall and 6-3 in The American.
Jordan Valley (Haslett, Mich.) had a team high 12 digs on the night while CC Clausen (The Woodlands, Texas) fell one dig shy of double digits with nine.
Jac St. Cin (St. Petersburg, Fla.) had a team best seven kills and Lauren LaBeck (Elk Grove, Ill.) had 16 assists.
Down two sets to zero, the Bulls had the third set tied twice, and looking to extend the match to a fourth set, however could not take the lead as the Green Wave pulled away down the stretch.

– Madison Bragan (Tampa, Fla.) recorded five digs and a team-high two aces off the bench for the Bulls.
– Aleia Wilborn (McKinney, Texas) had five kills for USF.
