UF WBK: Florida Hosts No. 13 Oklahoma on Senior Night

The Gators are set to host No. 13 Oklahoma on Thursday night inside the O’Dome. The home contest will be tipped off at 7 p.m. and aired on SECN+.

GAINESVILLE, Fla.- The Gators are set to face No. 13 Oklahoma in their final home game of the 2024-2025 regular season.  The SEC contest is slated to tipoff at 7 p.m. ET inside the O’Dome and will be available on SECN+.

Thursday’s contest will be the first time the two programs will matchup as conference mates. Florida enters Thursday’s matchup coming off a tough loss to Tennessee, while Oklahoma will look to extend its win streak to six.

THE SERIES:

GATORS x OKLAHOMA HISTORY:
Florida has met Oklahoma twice in recorded history. The first matchup took place in Norman, Oklahoma, on Dec. 3, 2017, where Florida defeated the Sooners 80-61. The only other matchup between the Gators and the Sooners fell in favor of OU at 95-79. UF’s only loss to Oklahoma was in Charlotte, N.C. on Dec. 21, 2022 at the Jordan Brand Classic.

Thursday’s contest will be the first time the two teams play each other as members of the same conference and will mark the Sooners’ first time in Gainesville.
