GAINESVILLE, Fla. – The No. 19 Florida Volleyball team (14-4, 6-3 SEC) returns to the O’Dome, taking on No. 10 Arkansas (19-3, 9-1 SEC) on Sunday afternoon inside the Exactech Arena.
First serve is slated for 1 p.m. ET on SEC+.
Florida is coming off a three-set victory against Ole Miss on Wednesday, and the Razorbacks won in four against South Carolina on Friday.
The Gators hold a 50-3 series lead over Arkansas, and is 24-0 at home.
LAST TIME OUT
* The No. 19 Florida Volleyball team swept the Ole Miss Rebels in a mid-week matchup inside the Gillum Center to close out their three-streak road game series. The Gators move to 14-4 on the year and 6-3 in SEC play, while Ole Miss moves to 8-14 during the 2023 campaign and 2-9 in the league.
* All three sets were close up until the final points. The Gators quickly found themselves down at the start of the first frame, and trailed for the entirety of the set. A 4-0 scoring run in the final stretch gave Florida their first lead of the match and take the first set, 26-24. Florida followed up with another close 25-23 win in the second frame, and found a rhythm in the final points of the third set to come away with a 25-19 to grab their sixth third-set victory of the 2023 season.
* Florida’s offensive attack was led by freshman Kennedy Martin, who registered 19 kills with a .586 clip. Ac Fitzpatrick had 12 of her own, while Sofia Victoria ended with nine of her own.
* Kennedy Muff dished out 40 assists to lead the team to a .367 clip, while also pitching in three kills of her own
* Florida held the Rebels to just a .185 clip, and recorded nine blocks at the net led by Nnedi Okkamor and Gabbi Essix who both had two solo blocks.
* Libero Elli McKissock recorded 19 digs to set a new three-set individual season high and lead the backcourt defense. Martin added eight, and Emily Canaan had six.
* McKissock also recorded a team-high three aces to set a new three-set individual high.

* The then No. 14 Florida volleyball team closed out the series against the Arkansas Razorbacks with a thrilling five-set victory on Sunday afternoon in Exactech Arena.
* Florida was led on the offensive front by a 17-kill performance from Marina Markova. Sofia Victoria pitched in 16, while Merritt Beason added in a 12-kill effort. Both middle blockers – Bre Kelley and Gabrielle Essix – posted nine kills in the victory to round out the Gator scorers.
* Alexis Stucky notched her fifth double-double of the season after registering 54 assists and 14 digs, all while leading the team to a .253 clip.
* As a squad, Florida held Arkansas to a .199 hitting efficiency on the afternoon, to go along with 12.0 blocks. Essix posted a team-high eight blocks on the afternoon, followed by five from Beason. Kelley registered four of her own in the match, while Stucky and Markova each added three apiece.
* Stucky and Elli McKissock paced the backcourt, each recording a 14-dig performance. Those were followed by Beason’s 11, while Emily Canaan (7), Trinity Adams (5) and Victoria (4) combined for 16 in the match.
* Canaan posted two service aces on the afternoon to lead the way for Florida and the duo of McKissock/Stucky each added one.
