Florida swept five singles matches Monday, including two ranked wins
GAINESVILLE, Fla. – Florida men’s tennis had a day packed with action – and wins – on Monday at the ITA All-American Championships in Tulsa, Okla.
All five players competing in the qualifying singles draw won their opening matches on Monday morning. Freshman Jeremy Jin, making his debut for the Gators, picked up a ranked win vs. Michigan State’s No. 110 Sebastien Collard. Sophomore Olek Orlikowski also notched a ranked victory, topping 85th-ranked Will Cooksey from Michigan.
All five singles competitors resume action Tuesday morning, each needing a pair of wins on Tuesday to earn a spot in the main draw, which opens Wednesday.

Doubles action also commenced Monday afternoon, as Nate Bonetto and Jin posted a straight-sets victory vs. Arizona’s Herman Hoeyeraal and Colton Smith before falling in the next round to the top-50 doubles pair of Martin Breysach and Oskar Brostrom Poulsen from Baylor.
