UF MBK: Todd Golden Summer Speaking Tour Announced

GAINESVILLE, Fla. – New Florida men’s basketball head coach Todd Golden will make three stops around the state of Florida this summer, giving fans an opportunity to hear directly from Golden ahead of his first season at UF.

Announced as Florida’s head coach on March 18, Golden comes to UF after leading San Francisco to its first NCAA Tournament appearance since 1998. His career path has taken him through the Ivy League, the Southeastern Conference and the West Coast Conference before returning to the SEC to lead the Gators.

Since coming to Florida, Golden has retained the core of Florida’s roster, including All-SEC big man Colin Castleton. Florida has also added a quartet of incoming transfers and brought in a pair of in-state freshmen.
