UF MBK: 2023-24 SEC Matchups Announced

Florida will face Missouri and Alabama twice, along with Georgia, Kentucky and Vanderbilt

GAINESVILLE, Fla. – Florida men’s basketball will square off twice against Alabama, Georgia, Kentucky, Missouri and Vanderbilt during the 2023-24 season, the Southeastern Conference announced on Monday.

The Gators will also host Arkansas, Auburn, LSU and Mississippi State and will travel for dates at Ole Miss, South Carolina, Tennessee and Texas A&M.

Florida and Alabama will square off in a season series for the first time since the 2017-18, while the Gators’ series with Mizzou is the first since 2012-13, the Tigers’ first season in the SEC. Georgia, Kentucky and Vanderbilt are the Gators’ permanent season series opponents under the current schedule format.

This marks the final season of the current scheduling format with Oklahoma and Texas set to join the SEC for the 2024-25 season.
