Kaitlyn Davies was named to the second team, Frannie Hahn was named to the third team and Theresa Bragg was named honorable mention.
GAINESVILLE, Fla. – The Florida lacrosse team was represented by three student athletes when the 2025 USA Lacrosse All-Americans were announced on Thursday afternoon. USA Lacrosse All-Americans are selected by staff and contributors.
Midfielder Kaitlyn Davies earned a spot on the Second Team, attacker Frannie Hahn was named to the Third Team and defender Theresa Bragg was named Honorable Mention.
Bragg leads the Gators in caused turnovers with 26, while scooping 21 ground balls. A Tewaaraton top-25 nominee and Inside Lacrosse Midseason Second Team All-American, Bragg consistently stifles top scoring threats from opposing teams, as the captain has seven games with two or more caused turnovers and five games with two or more ground balls. Bragg was named Most Outstanding Player of the Big 12 Tournament.
Davies earns another second team all-America accolade, after being named Inside Lacrosse Midseason Second Team All-American. The Big 12 Midfielder of the Year has totaled 43 goals, eight assists, 26 ground balls, 18 caused turnovers and 38 draw controls this season, good for top-three on the team in each of those categories. The captain has logged eight hat-tricks this season, while converting on .524 percent of her shots.
Hahn was named Big 12 Freshman of the Year last Wednesday and now lands a spot on the USA Lacrosse All-America Third Team. The Catonsville, Md. native leads UF with 83 points on 30 goals and 53 assists. Hahn has three games this season with eight or more points and three games with five or more assists. The attacker sits just two assists shy from breaking UF’s all-time season assist record, while tying the assist game record of eight assists earlier this season against Navy.
The fourth-seeded Gators will be in action in the first round of the NCAA Tournament tomorrow at 4 p.m. against Mercer.
