IRVING, Texas – The American Athletic Conference has announced its men’s basketball tip times and television designations for the 2023-24 season.
Non-conference games hosted by American teams that will air on national television include Florida Atlantic against Liberty on Thursday, November 30 (6 p.m. ET, ESPNU), and against Charleston on Saturday, December 2 (6 p.m. ET, ESPNU); East Carolina against South Carolina on Saturday, December 9 (Noon ET, ESPNU); and Memphis against Virginia on Tuesday, December 19 (7 p.m. ET, ESPN2).
The conference slate begins January 2, 2024, as The American has an ESPN2 doubleheader starting at 7 p.m. Eastern as 2023 Final Four participant Florida Atlantic hosts East Carolina before Charlotte plays at SMU. Additionally, UTSA will host UAB at 9 p.m. Eastern on ESPNU.

All games that are televised on an ESPN network will also be available on the ESPN App with TV Everywhere credentials.
The 2024 American Athletic Conference Men’s Basketball Championship will take place March 13-17 at Dickies Arena in Fort Worth, Texas. All games of the championship will be televised on either ESPN, ESPN2 or ESPNU, including the championship final on ESPN.
The American will preview the 2023-24 season Oct. 9 when the league hosts its Basketball Media Day on ESPN+. Coverage from the Grand Hyatt DFW in Dallas will begin at 9 a.m. Eastern.
