logged at least 20 points at home.
WHO SHOT FIRST?

having a player ranking among the top 25 in shots.
THERE’S TOO MANY OF THEM
Nine different Panthers have tallied at least 11 goals, nine have produced at least 20 assists, and 12 have recorded at least 20 points. The Cats pace all

Florida Panthers: Media Notes
WE CAN’T REPEL FIREPOWER OF THAT MAGNITUDE
Florida leads all teams with 216 goals scored in 2021-22, one of just two teams that have tallied over 200 goals. The Cats are the only team averaging
over four goals per game (4.08). They’ve scored at least three goals in nine of their past 10 games, owning a 6-4-0 record over that span.
I AM THE SENATE
Tonight, the Panthers and Senators face off at FLA Live Arena for the second time this season. Florida owns a 5-2-0 record over their past seven
matchups against Ottawa, outscoring the Senators 33-23 over that span. Jonathan Huberdeau has produced 25 points (9-16-25) over 27 career games
against Ottawa, and Sam Reinhart has logged 19 (8-11-19) over 21 career matchups against the Senators.
HUBY-WAN KENOBI
Jonathan Huberdeau logged an assist to extend his franchise-record assist streak to 10 games (2-15-17) Feb. 26 vs. EDM, the longest assist streak in
the NHL this season. His streak marks the ninth double-digit point streak in club history and first since 2019-20, and is tied for the longest active point
streak this season. He produced a five-game multi-point streak from Feb. 16-Feb. 24 (1-9-10), tied for the third-longest multi-point streak by a Panthers
skater in club history and tied for the second-longest of any NHL skater in 2021-22. Huberdeau is the only skater averaging over one assist per game
with at least 50 games played, and he has produced at least one point in all but nine of Florida’s games in 2021-22. Huberdeau leads Florida with 18
multi-point games this season. The native of Saint-Jerome, Quebec is the only NHLer in 2021-22 to record two games with at least five points.
IF ONLY YOU KNEW THE POWER OF THE BARK SIDE
Panthers Captain Aleksander Barkov tallied two power-play goals Feb. 26 vs. EDM for his team-leading fifth multi-goal game of the season and the
24th of his career, tying Jonathan Huberdeau for third-most in club history. It also marked his 15th multi-point outing of the season, the second-most on
Florida. Barkov’s second tally marked his team-leading 25th of the season, representing his fifth season with at least 25 goals. Only three Finnish-born
players in NHL history have more (Teemu Selanne: 16, Jari Kurri: 12, Olli Jokinen: 6). Barkov sits tied for third on the team with 49 points (25-24-49)
despite having played just 40 games. His two PPGs Feb. 26 mark the first time this season a Panthers skater has scored multiple in one game. He leads
the team with eight on the season, as well as four SHGs, which are tied for the league lead.
RED 5 STANDING BY
