Oakland Park celebrated the opening of its new Public Works Complex at 5100 NE 12th Terrace This cutting-edge facility, designed to enhance public services and support the City’s infrastructure, is a key part of Oakland Park’s commitment to building for its second century. The new complex includes operations for water, wastewater, stormwater, and more, freeing up five acres of land at the old facility on NE 5th Avenue that will be incorporated into a future phase of City Centennial Park. With this investment of over $26.5 million, Oakland Park continues to demonstrate its dedication to growth, sustainability, and service excellence.
