Oakland Park is on the move, and so are City services. This September, the City’s Utility Billing Division will relocate from City Hall to the 5th floor of the Sky Building at 1100 Park Lane East as part of a broader effort to modernize facilities and improve service. Convenient, on-site public parking will be available at the Sky Building. While the move is underway, in-person utility billing services may be limited.
This relocation is more than just a change of address — it’s part of the City’s larger vision to strengthen services and revitalize downtown. By consolidating departments in the Sky Building, Oakland Park is making operations more efficient, improving residents’ access, and helping bring new energy to the heart of our community.
