Each SEC Championship since 2006 has been contested on podium.
The SEC Championship meet is split in two four-team sessions. Teams seeded No. 5-8 (based on March 8 national qualifying scores) compete in Saturday’s opening session at 3:30 p.m. ET followed by seeds 1-4 at 8 p.m. ET. Scores from the two sessions combine to determine the team and event champions. As the evening session’s top seed, Florida has the Olympic rotation (vault–bars-beam-floor).

SEC Championship Meet is Back!
The pandemic shut down the 2020 season just as league teams looked toward their final regular-season meets on March 13 or 14. The 2020 SEC Championship meet was set for March 21 in Duluth, Ga.
All SEC programs enter the 2021 SEC Championships among the nation’s top 25 – No. T-1 Florida, No. 4 LSU, No. 8 Alabama, No. T- 9 Arkansas, No. 14 Kentucky, No. 15 Auburn, No. T-16 Georgia and No. 23 Missouri.
This is the 18th time since 1987 that a league team enters the SEC Championship meet ranked No. 1. The No. 1 ranked team claimed 12 SEC Championship meet titles, with Florida being the last in 2012 and 2013.
