Game times announced for Marlins 2025 Spring Training schedule, with Grapefruit League Opening Day featuring Miami hosting St. Louis at Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium on Saturday, February 22, at 1:10 p.m.
MIAMI – The Miami Marlins today announced that the team will conclude their spring schedule with an exhibition game against the New York Yankees at loanDepot park on Tuesday, March 25, at 1:10 p.m. Additionally, game times for the team’s 2025 Spring Training home schedule have also been announced.
Tickets for the exhibition matchup between the 2003 World Series opponents are available now for all fans at www.Marlins.com/Exhibition.
The matchup marks the third time that the Marlins and Yankees will face off in an exhibition series at loanDepot park, as they played on April 1, 2012, before the ballpark’s inaugural season, and in a two-game set prior to the 2016 season.
The Marlins also announced game times for their 30-game Spring Training schedule, with Miami hosting the St. Louis Cardinals at Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium for their Grapefruit League Opening Day game on Saturday, February 22, at 1:10 p.m. Miami’s spring slate includes 18 games at Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium, featuring 15 games as the home team and three games as the away team against St. Louis, who shares the Jupiter complex with the Marlins. Both teams are scheduled to play seven overall games against each other in Jupiter during Spring Training.
2025 Spring Training also features Miami hosting the Atlanta Braves, Boston Red Sox, Houston Astros, New York Mets, St. Louis Cardinals, and Washington Nationals at Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium. All Marlins home games in Jupiter are scheduled to start at 1:10 p.m., except when Miami hosts the New York Mets on Saturday, March 8 at 6:40 p.m., and the Boston Red Sox on Friday, March 14, at 4:10 p.m.
The 2025 spring schedule includes three split-squad matchups: on Monday, March 3 vs. Houston and at New York (NL), on Monday, March 10 vs. Washington and at Washington, and on Saturday, March 22 vs. St. Louis and at Houston. Major League Baseball is also bringing back the Spring Breakout game for the second-consecutive year, as Miami’s top prospects will face St. Louis’s top prospects on Friday, March 14, at 12:10 p.m. at Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium.
The Marlins conclude Grapefruit League play with an away game at Clover Park against the New York Mets on Sunday, March 23, at 1:10 p.m., before returning home for the exhibition game against the Yankees at loanDepot park.
After the conclusion of the exhibition game schedule, the Marlins will host the Pittsburgh Pirates for 2025 Opening Day at loanDepot park on Thursday, March 27, at 4:10 p.m. Fans can secure their tickets today at Marlins.com/Tickets.
