Fans can submit their nominations at Marlins.com/Hero
MIAMI – The Miami Marlins Foundation and ADT – a Pillar Partner of the Miami Marlins, as well as the club’s first jersey patch partner and Official Smart Security Partner – are teaming up to honor and give back to local heroes. At every Tuesday home Marlins game this season, a military member, police officer, firefighter, or first responder from the South Florida area will be selected as the “ADT Hero of the Game.” Fans can nominate deserving heroes at Marlins.com/Hero.
Once selected, these honorees will receive a special on-field recognition at loanDepot park and be treated like the VIPs that they are. With free Marlins tickets for the selected ADT Hero honorees and their families, a custom Marlins jersey, ADT-branded swag, and food and drinks provided, it will be a day for these heroes to remember.
“We are proud to stand with ADT in celebration of our community’s heroes who make a difference and keep us safe in our community and country,” said David Oxfeld, Marlins Chief Commercial Officer. “We invite our fans to submit their nominations and to join us at loanDepot park for Tuesday home games as we provide a special on-field recognition to the deserving individuals.”
In addition, ADT, the most trusted brand in smart home security, will install a home security system and provide the honorees with free service for a year. The Marlins and ADT are dedicated and look forward to helping keep safe the heroes who risk their lives to keep us all safe.

Along with honoring local heroes, the Marlins and ADT have worked together to create a permanent activation space on loanDepot park’s main concourse for every fan to feel like an MVP. This space allows fans to imagine themselves as Major Leaguers through the creation of their own player card. With the help of a greenscreen backdrop, they can navigate a photo kiosk, which houses a variety of custom Marlins x ADT backdrops. There is also ADT-branded swag, such as eye black stickers and other baseball-themed props to create the perfect photo and memory.
