The Lions received the ball first, and started out with a great drive that lead to a TD. For most of the first half, the Lions looked like they were doing great on offense, and just enough on defense. Went to the half with a lead.
Miami made the score tight. The Lions struggled with keeping Jaylen Waddle out of the end zone. They went away from the run in the 2nd half on offense. Couldn’t cover either speedster. Which lead to the Miami Dolphins winning the game.
This was a much better effort by the team overall. But still came out on the losing end of the contest.
I am more than a little concerned with how they change playcalling with a lead. Which ultimately lead to the demise of this game.
