MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. – The Miami Dolphins announced that they have re-signed wide receiver Mack Hollins.
Hollins was awarded to the Dolphins off waivers on Dec. 4, 2019 and has played in 20 games for the Dolphins with two starts over the past two seasons (2019-20). In 2020, Hollins played in all 16 games with two starts, totaling 16 receptions for 176 yards (11.0 avg.) and one touchdown. He also totaled three special teams tackles (one solo) last season. Hollins originally entered the NFL as a fourth-round pick (118th overall) by Philadelphia in the 2017 NFL draft.
MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. – The Miami Dolphins announced that they have signed wide receiver Kai Locksley.
Locksley was a quarterback at UTEP, appearing in 20 games over two seasons (2018-19). He completed 186-of-350 passes (53.1 pct.) for 2,266 yards and nine touchdowns. Locksley also rushed 237 times for 875 yards (3.7 avg.) and 11 touchdowns. He transferred to UTEP from Iowa Western Community College, where he was named the 2017 NJCAA Offensive Player of the Year as a sophomore.

MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. – The Miami Dolphins announced that they have re-signed linebacker Elandon Roberts.
Roberts played in 13 games with 11 starts for the Dolphins last year after signing as an unrestricted free agent on March 21, 2020. He totaled 61 tackles (33 solo), 1.5 sacks, one forced fumble and one fumble recovery for Miami. Roberts spent four seasons (2016-19) with New England, where he won two Super Bowls (LI and LIII). He originally entered the NFL as a sixth-round pick (214th overall) by the Patriots in the 2016 NFL draft.
