Miami-Dade leaders celebrate opening of apartment complex

Miami-Dade County Daniella Levine Cava and Miami-Dade County District 3 Commissioner Keon Hardemon together with Congresswoman Frederica S. Wilson will celebrate the grand opening of Superior Manor Apartments Phase II.
The second phase of Superior Manor Apartments offers 76 multi-family residences for family households earning at or below 60% of the Area Median Income (AMI). The apartments are one, two, and three-bedrooms with private balconies and surface level parking. The amenities include a fitness center, a community clubhouse with TVs and seating area, a tot lot, co-working spaces, and a rooftop deck.
Phase I of Superior Manor was completed in 2018 and consisted of 139 units primarily serving senior residents.
Miami-Dade County awarded to Superior Manor Apartments Phase II development $3,030,000 from Surtax funding and $831,000 from the Development Inflation Adjustment Fund (DIAF).
