FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. – Following a 5-0 start to the 2024-25 season, the Nova Southeastern Sharks Men’s Basketball team has earned the number one ranking in the first National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) poll released on Tuesday afternoon. Nova Southeastern received all 16 first-place votes.

The Sharks continue to have a high-powered offensive attack, a staple under Head Coach Jim Crutchfield, ranking second in Division II in points-per-game (109.6). Dallas Graziani leads all levels of NCAA basketball with 59 assists, assists-per-game (11.8), and is tied for the national lead with four double-doubles.
MJ Iraldi leads NCAA Division II in scoring, totaling 132 points, and is second in the nation across all levels. Iraldi is averaging 26.4 points-per-game and has scored at least 28 points in three contests so far this season. Iraldi, Ryker Cisarik, and Ross Reeves have all recorded double-digit points in each game on the season, while Graziani and Tyler Eberhart have scored at least 10 points in four-of-five games.
Dating back to February 26th, 2020, NSU has won 65 consecutive home games at the Rick Case Arena.
