FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. – Led by a career-high 33 points from MJ Iraldi, the No. 1 Nova Southeastern Sharks Men’s Basketball team defeated the Barry Buccaneers 119-77 in a “County-Line Cup Clash,” for the Sharks 68th consecutive win at the Rick Case Arena. Ross Reeves added 24 points (7-10 FG), while Tyler Eberhart scored 19 points (8-12 FG) and Ryker Cisarik (16/5-7 FG) all scored in double-figures, while Dallas Graziani (14 assists) tied the mark for the fourth-most in a single game in program history. Graziani now holds six of the top-10 assist marks in a single game in program history, including the program record (17/November 3, 2024).

First Half – MJ Iraldi, Eli Allen, Ross Reeves all got on the scoreboard early as the Sharks opened up an 8-2 lead over Barry. An 11-2 run, started off by a three-pointer from Reeves and capped off by five consecutive points from Iraldi, extended the NSU advantage to 22-9. Midway through the first half, Tyler Eberhart made an impact on both ends of the floor, giving the Sharks a 26-11 lead with a layup and followed with a block on the other side of the floor. A 17-2 run, spanning three minutes of game play, gave Nova Southeastern a 43-20 lead over the Buccaneers. The Sharks went into the halftime break with a 54-36 advantage over Barry.
Second Half – Iraldi scored the first nine points of the second half for the Sharks, pushing the NSU lead to 63-43 over Barry. A 10-2 run, started by a layup from Dallas Graziani and capped off by a three-pointer from Reeves, gave Nova Southeastern a 78-56 lead. Midway through the second half, Reeves converted a fast-break layup off an assist from Graziani, pushing the NSU advantage to 87-62. Iraldi took over once again, scoring eight straight points for Nova Southeastern and gave the Sharks a 98-66 lead. Alex Mangold put the Sharks a 40-point advantage, with NSU leading 117-77. The Sharks closed out the “County-Line Cup” victory by defeating the Buccaneers 119-77.
