Lynn Women’s Basketball Suffers Defeat at Benedict

BENEDICT, S.C. – Lynn University’s women’s basketball team couldn’t avenge an earlier-season loss to Benedict College on Wednesday, falling on the road to the Tigers, 65-53.

STATS OF THE GAME:

·       Uloma Enyogasi scored 14 points, filling up the stat sheet with six rebounds, four assists and two steals in a team-high 35 minutes.

·       Sarah Baer added eight points with seven rebounds, two assists and two steals.

·       Lynn was outrebounded 50-35, allowing Benedict to take 68 shots to the Blue and White’s 48.

BEYOND THE BOXSCORE:

·       Benedict entered the matchup ranked sixth in the South Region.
