Gator Kayla DiCello adds another gold medal – this time Pan American Games all-around gold.
Yesterday, DiCello helped the U.S. win its sixth consecutive Pan American Games team gold at the National Stadium Sports Park in Santiago, Chile.
DiCello is the first U.S. Pan Am Games all-around gold medalist since Bridgette Caquatto (Gator All-American; competing 2013-16) won in 2011. U.S. Gymnastics Pan American Games results<https://usagym.org/history/mw-pan-am-games-results/>
Brazil’s Flavia Saraiva took silver and U.S. Jordan Chiles claimed bronze Monday.
Gator freshman Anya Pilgrim, representing Barbados, also competed Monday, placing 18th overall.

DiCello earned five All-America honors and was the 2023 Southeastern Conference Freshman of the Year.
