JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The Jacksonville Jaguars today announced the promotions of Kelly Flanagan and Megha Parekh to executive vice president roles within the organization.

They have also provided crucial leadership within the Jaguars, offering mentorship to every level of staff within our organization. It’s an honor for me to recognize this milestone in their careers.”
Flanagan, a Jacksonville native, was named executive vice president of business planning, having served as the club’s chief financial officer since 2014 after joining the organization in 2012. She will be responsible for providing integrated financial oversight across the portfolio of sports and entertainment properties owned by the Khan family, development and implementation of strategic initiatives, as well as application of business analytics and insights across the organization.
Prior to joining the Jaguars, Flanagan was a member of the executive team at the New Meadowlands Stadium, later MetLife Stadium, home to the New York Giants and New York Jets. She began her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in New York City, where she consulted for both public and private sports and entertainment clients and obtained her CPA. license. A graduate of Episcopal School of Jacksonville where she currently serves as a member of its Board of Trustees, Flanagan holds an M.S. in sports management from Columbia University and a bachelor’s degree in accounting as well as an M.B.A. from the Ervin K. Haub School of Business at Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia.
Parekh was elevated to executive vice president and chief legal officer having already served as chief legal officer since 2016. She manages the legal, technology, office services and people development teams for the Khan family’s portfolio of sports, entertainment and development companies. Her group is responsible for all legal matters, employee training, support and development, technological systems, security, capital project management and local real estate development opportunities.
Parekh joined the Jaguars in 2013 and has worked on Shad Khan’s acquisition of Fulham Football Club, public-private funded improvements to TIAA Bank Field, the 2017 opening of Daily’s Place, multiple naming rights partnerships, the launch of All Elite Wrestling and potential real estate developments around the stadium. Parekh also serves on the board of the Jaguars Foundation, the Florida Sports Foundation and the Black News Channel and volunteers with Habitat for Humanity and the Crisis Text Line as a crisis counselor. Prior to joining the Jaguars, Parekh worked in the New York office of Proskauer, an international law firm renowned for its sports law group. Parekh joined Proskauer in 2009 after graduating magna cum laude from Harvard College and Harvard Law School.
