Florida’s Kayla DiCello and Anya Pilgrim Competing at Pan Am Championships Gymnastics
Two with Gator ties – Kayla DiCello and Anya Pilgrim – begin Pan American Games competition October 22 in Santiago, Chile
GAINESVILLE, Fla. – Two with Gator gymnastics ties – Kayla DiCello and Anya Pilgrim – begin Pan American Games competition on Sunday, Oct. 22.
DiCello is part of the U.S. team and Pilgrim represents Barbados at the Pan American Games.
The Pan Am Games artistic gymnastics competition run through October 25 at the National Stadium Sports Park in Santiago, Chile.
This is the second international appearance this month for both. Pilgrim competed October 2 at her first World Championships in Belgium and DiCello earned team gold with U.S. as the squad’s alternate. DiCello is one of eight with UF ties across five different sports representing the U.S. at the 2023 Pan American Games. Pilgrim is the only gymnast representing Barbados at these Games.
