SUNRISE, Fla. – Florida Panthers General Manager Bill Zito announced today that the Panthers have acquired a fourth-round selection from the New York Rangers in the 2022 NHL Draft in exchange for forward Frank Vatrano.
The Panthers will receive the later of the Rangers fourth-round selections between New York’s own pick and Winnipeg’s fourth-round selection, previously acquired by New York.
“After almost five seasons with the club, we want to thank Frank for his professionalism and compete,” said Zito. “His team-first approach was always appreciated, and we wish him all the best moving forward.”
