RE: Flags to Return to Full-Staff

Flags have been flying at half-staff in honor and remembrance of former Vice Present Walter Mondale. President Joseph R. Biden, Jr. directed all flags to be returned to full-staff. Pursuant to this direction, I hereby direct the flags of the United States and the State of Florida to be flown at full-staff immediately until the day of interment.
